The tour that followed on the back of the release of the second album 'Under A Violet Moon' was also dubbed the Castles Tour with Blackmore realising his ambition to perform the music in what he consider appropriate surroundings. In a bizarre move Blackmore also dispensed with bassist Mick Cervino and added a second keyboard player whose primary role was to play the bass notes!
