For
the second leg of the tour Malcolm Dick replaced Mike Sorrentino on drums.
he
had stood in for Mike at the last Lumley Castle promo show.
He
is referred to as Squire Malcolm of Lumley.
*Albert
Dannenmann performed at the shows from Milton Keynes on.
The tour was due to kick off with a show in Scotland. Originally this was to be at the Ayr Pavilion,
however the gig was switched to the more appropriate Rothes Hall in Glenrothes. Eventually the show had to be
cancelled because bassist Bob Curiano had other commitments, which meant he was due to arrive the afternoon of the gig.
Before the tour had actually started the Russian dates had been
scrapped due to numerous problems involving financial agreements etc. As such the Finland & Poland dates
became logistically impractical and were also cancelled. To make up for this a private show for a small selection of fans was fitted in at the end of the tour at Castle Rabenstein in Germany.
To cap it all Ritchie became sufficiently unwell during the remaining dates to necessitate the cancellation of the two Swedish shows as
well.
Below
are all the dates known from this period.
If
a show, in part or full has been released on one or more bootlegs these are
listed in yellow.
All
interesting facts and anecdotes are in italics.
